I have a soft spot in my heart for Stephenie Meyer and her series of books that started out with Twilight. Mostly due to being the first book in years that I have not only been able to read but couldn't put down until it was finished. Reading in Leslie's blog she linked this page from Stephenie Meyer's website that tells the process and birth of her characters and the story. I know a few friends who also like the books so I thought I'd post the link so you could take a gander.
Other than that John is home and we've had a pretty good time. The sun is shining, yeah! and we attempted to do our own version of Tyler's 1-yr old photoshoot. I'm not sure how it turned out. Neither Tyler or McKenna were very cooperative but I've got a backup plan if things don't quite work out.

Ironic that you just posted this... I have had my face buried in Twilight all day. I just decided that I needed to take a break for a minute. Actually, I am half way through New Moon at the moment. I don't dare read the article you linked because I don't want to spoil anything, but I am very interested and will come back to check it out when I finish. As I am reading I keep thinking of you up there in Washington. Do you know any vampires, or should I say, any unhumanly beautiful people???
I can't wait to get back to my book. I feel like I have fallen in love and had my heart broken. Stephanie Meyer really is a very talented author.
