Saturday night was our ward Family Sock Hop. A few hours before the event Tyler suddenly developed a high fever and was out for the count. Thus McKenna was able to go on a Daddy Daughter date. I was surprised at how excited she was and that she understood. Daddy was then dubbed, "the prince" and couldn't get ready fast enough forher. We got the princess ready in her polka dot dress, white sweater, rolled socks and new white Tennis Shoes, she then went and found some fake white flowers for the prince to give her. She was really cute and from my understanding they had a great time at the dance-although apparently the princess ditched the prince during one of the dances to run around.

John really looks the part of 'sock hop' type! Her glass slippers are quite practical.
How cute! Mckenna looks so excited! I can't wait for Gigi to go on a date with her daddy ;)
