Cooper 6 months and counting

This is our Happy, Screechy little....or not so little baby. He's growing too fast!

He weighed in at 19 lbs already, has blue eyes, blonde hair that looks red in the sun and is a social butterfly giving a big smile to everyone...well everyone except Leslie's Camera.

 There is not a lack of love for this boy. Everyone loves to hold him, especially his brother Tate who can't get enough of him. Cooper's just starting to sit up, loves to eat which we just started as Mom isn't ready for her baby boy to grow any older and is a great observer of all that's around him.

 

Tummytime is never an issue. LOVES IT!

Zoo Days with Friends

We had a bright and shiny day somewhere around Pres Weekend so we decided to meet up with some friends and introduce Teryl to the Pt Defiance Zoo. It wasn't too crowded, the weather and company was perfect what more could you ask for?

Good thing we had this picture-this lil guy disappeared right after getting off this ride He heard me say let's go and headed for the car. We were right near the exit-and it wasn't until he exited he realized we weren't there and couldn't get back into the zoo. Gave me a lil scare when I realized he wasn't just around the corner. The nice zoo staff announced a code red and we found Tate in a jiffy.

Puzzles & Growing up...

 One morning before school Tate was looking through The Cat in the Hat, and saw a picture of a puzzle we had so he ran and got it and put it together.

I love the how proud he was and how well he put the puzzle together by himself.

Cooper is sitting up...and a few days later...crawling. Growing TOOOO FAST!

Happy Valetine's Day 2013

Its hard to get Tate's picture these days, well one where he's looking at the camera. This being his first Valentine's Day at school he was pretty excited about all the candy.

The Young Women at church taught us about Heart Attacks, and McKenna loved finding this surprise from Tyler and Tate when she came home from school.

Happy 6th Birthday Tyler LeAnn

A few words to describe Tyler: Happy, Independent, Peacemaker, people pleaser...Still Our Lil Ray of Sunshine.

To describe Tyler's past year:
Finished Preschool and started Kindergarten which she loves everything about. Music, Library, PE, the kids, her teacher Mrs Brennan-and learning she loves to learn. She'd go to school everyday if she could, well other than the fact that sometimes she still misses her mom. :)

She's not afraid of work. She loves to help-clean the stalls, the house, her room, especially if there is a reward or an allowance of some sorts. She's also a bit competitive.

She is our Peacemaker-Loves to make other happy. Tate loves that she's only in school for half the week because that she means she can play with him on Thurs, Fri and every other Wed-Legos,  jumping on the trampoline, running around in the Fairy Forest, riding bikes, playing in dirt.
McKenna is hardly beside herself when Tyler doesn't play with her and nothing beats an afternoon in their room with the door closed playing Barbies. Tyler loves McKenna so much that sometimes she just wants to copy her every move and word.

Tyler learned to ride her bike this last year, she loves going on special dates with Daddy, making Cooper smile and laugh, watching "The Wild Kratts" learning about animals. She's also started horse riding lessons and a little piano. She also has discovered her love of Singing and Taylor Swift. She just can't get enough of Taylor Swift and was thrilled to get her very own CD of her. Now she hoping to get her perfume next.

To Celebrate Tyler's birthday we had a small family get together for Cake and Ice Cream. It turned into a Lalaloopsy kind of birthday as she received a Small doll from her cousins, a mini sister set from McKenna and a Lg doll from Mom & Dad. After food and gifts we broke out or rather borrowed a Karaoke machine to sing...but for Tyler it was all Taylor Swift.

  

We love our Tyler and I think its safe to say she had a great birthday and we all had a very fun night.

Happy Halloween 2012

Halloween celebrations started on the 30th with a quick carving of the pumpkin. We are very proud of our very own home grown pumpkins. This is mostly funny because of the fields and fields of pumpkins across the street from us. 

 

Neither McK nor Tate were fans of the goo.

 As you can see Tate is more the Supervising Type.

Christopher Robin and Tigger? 

 We decided to hit a neighborhood up the hill from our house where they block the cars out. The same neighborhood we visit for Christmas lights each year. It was fun to get out and Trick or Treat a real neighborhood.

 At the Trick or Trunk we found the Disney Princesses. The lil girls were Thrilled.

Another great Halloween.

Earlier today while waiting for the bus Tyler began to cry because tomorrow October would be over and she would miss it. October has been fun, we look forward to its return next year and embrace Novembers entrance. :0
